To whom will ye flee for help?

Zion, January 21, 2012

To Mr. Andrew B. Adler, to the people of the house of Israel, and to whomever else it may concern. Please give heed to the word of the LORD which says:

…to whom will ye flee for help?

(Old Testament | Isaiah 10:3)

Therefore, Mr. Adler, from the Atlanta Jewish Times, peace be unto you, and if not, let it promptly return.

I have read your controversial or inflammatory article in which in haste you asked the question: “what would you do?”  The answer is not in your article. But I tell you that the only reasonable way is to go and enquire of the LORD, the God of our fathers, Abraham Isaac and Jacob. For he that believeth in Jesus Christ, shall not make haste.

And as you see, I have started this, my article written for you and for my people in Israel, with a more terrible question that is: To whom will ye flee for help?  Now you know or by the end of this journey, you all will come to know the answer.

Your article at the Atlanta Jewish Times paper is one of those linked or referenced below, which you addressed to the prime Minister of Israel, to Mr. Benjamin Natanyahu, and which you published in your own paper with regards to the three unthinkable options concerning the existentialism and welfare of our people in the land of Israel in the coming years in case of perceived or conceived threats or mischief by our common enemies.  I hope you are not one of his counselors, for your options are terrible. Only to understand the report is a vexation to the soul.

The controversial and erratic article you wrote, as you know, is already encircling the world as a wildfire. And you need to fear and tremble for you are not alone in your views. Yet, it appears that by vouchsafing these things in the open, the path to world peace and stability is becoming straiten, midnight darkness is looming; and the people of Israel in the land of our ancient fathers are left with even fewer options on the table to ensure their existentialism.

But the above question still remains; if you run out of you options, what will you do in the day of visitation and to whom will you flee for help? For as the LORD has declared it formerly that your covenant with death shall be disannulled and your agreement with hell shall not stand. In other words, do not think the LORD approves any of your three mentioned options. In fact he abhors them. I just hope he does not send time and again, the Assyrian Rod to the hypocritical nation of his land to punish it.

Hereafter are some of the referenced articles including yours:

It is also written that: offenses must come, but woe unto him by whom they come.

First of all, Mr. Adler, despite how much it may stink, you believe what you believe and you think whatever you think is no punishable crime under the law of the land but to conspire to destroy the LAWFUL president of the land, whichever it is, is a magnicide or a terrible crime punishable by law. And you do not need to feel ashamed for uttering the evil in the hearts of conspiring men if it is that what you did by writing your article. But if not, I just hope that you were giving commands, professing or prophesying what is or may shortly come to pass ignorantly or even unknowingly.

But as you said in your article, “to give the go ahead…” is death to our people. Directly implies or confesses that spies or Mossad agents are already here in America. And your article also implies that all these three options you mentioned in your article are or have already been on the table even before you wrote your article. Are you one of those agents? These ideas you mentioned are not from any reliable source and uttering them is extremely irresponsible. I just hope that by the upbringing of these things in open light that those options you mentioned are as detestable as the so called protocols of Zion and they should be immediately taken off the table and be abolished.

It is no surprise to anyone how the spirit of the LORD work inside the hearts of the children of men to vouchsafe the truth of their secret works of darkness which are hidden in their hearts.  And by the way, it is the mystery of iniquity at work that makes manifest, the manifestation of man of sin. Or how it is the spirit of the devil acts to conspire to conceive mischief, which as a result, it may bring to pass death, or it may end in the death and misery to a great many people as it did during the horrendous and despicable holocaust.

I am not accusing anyone; nor implying that your thoughts are my thoughts. Much less that your ways are my ways. The LORD God even said it; that his ways are not our way and that our thoughts are not his thoughts, and for what you have said you all need to repent and seek the assistance of the LORD while he may be found instead of seeking after your own perverted counsel.   For the Lord’s words which were true then as they are true today. OF this it is written:

Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 55:6 - 11)

Despite your unbelief, the people of Israel are not alone. The Jews are not the only people of Israel left in the world. There are ten of twelve lost tribes of the house of Israel, but the tribe of Judah and the tribe of Joseph are not of them.  I know where the tribe of Joseph is. You are as we speak reading the works of one of them.

With all this, I am also saying that it is not what goes inside the body that contaminates man, but what come out of it. Yet, despite how obtuse it sounds, history makes manifest, that if the Jewish people were once capable of killing the prophets, and even their own God and my God, Jesus the Christ, why not then, as you may have proposed in your article, a lesser god who may be unfriendly to Israel’s Interests.

I personally, have many valid problems or valid concerns that with your erratic beliefs concerning these possible or potential scenarios that you have mentioned.

The first of these concerns is that if the third option you mentioned were to take place today or five years from now or later by other than Jewish hands, it is our people that would absorb the blame regardless of who does it.  For WE THE PEOPLE of the US and its presidents have already a great many enemies; and if your third scenario comes to pass, our Jewish people will be the perfect scapegoat to blame. Did you think about that before you wrote your article?  No you were not, for you were thinking in gaining the honor and recognition of worldly men. And if so, time and again, I ask, is so, to whom shall you flee for help? The only viable answer is to go to the fat valley, or to mount Zion, even towards Jesus Christ.

For then, and only then, if your third scenario comes to pass, it would make the US frozen to help our people in distress if their enemies make a preventive strike, offensive or attack upon the people of our land in Israel.  It is then in our best interest to forsake those erratic thoughts, plans or ways of destruction. And instead, what the People of Israel and you should do everything in your power to protect at all cost the life of the president of the United States.

In other words, Mr. Adler, with your dark ideas, or with your erratic words or thoughts, you may have just given a plausible option to our enemies to threaten without hindrance or deterrence the existence of the people Israel.  And that I cannot allow or condone without a firm rebuke to you and also to the hypocritical rulers of this people which is in Jerusalem. And the rebuke does not come from me but directly from the voice of the LORD which is written and which says:

Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem. Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth in him shall not make haste.

Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it. For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.

Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.

Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech:

Doth the plowman plow all day to sow?  doth he open and break the clods of his ground? When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place? For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him. For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod. Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen. This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 28:14 - 29)

And I say it to you all as Jesus Christ once said it to the ancient rulers of his mortal ministry at the time. I come to set fire upon the earth, what can be done now anyhow if the fire is already kindled.  He said also, I have a baptism to be baptized with and how stressed I am until it is accomplished.”

I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth?  I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time? Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?

(New Testament | Luke 12:49 - 57)

Yet, in any case, if the hypothetical Tom Clancy’s situation that you conflagrantly presented in your paper where to take place in around five years, indeed, if it is truly warranted, it is  nonetheless, a valid option. For, it better than one man dies, than a whole nation perishes in unbelief but only when directed by God and not by evil or conspiring men.

I have something more to write for your consideration. There are other options to help save our people besides the ones that you mentioned. There are allies that you may not know about that can help Jerusalem in distress.

I am a half Jew and a half Ephraimite or from the house of Joseph. Here after, is an example of a true life and death incident that took place ~600 years before the birth of Jesus Christ in the city of Jerusalem.

There was colony of a branch of my ancestors from the house of Joseph, and who lived in the land of Jerusalem, and which fled or came from the city commanded by the LORD several years before its first destruction during the days of Zezekiah, King of Judah. Of whom I am also far away descendant, but by another branch of Israelites, from the House of Judah, through Zedekiah’s youngest son whose name was Mulek. Mulek was the only male son of King Zedekiah, who managed to escape the siege of the land during the incursion of the Babylonians that resulted in the first destruction of Jerusalem, and in captivity of our people. And his seed propagated here in North America after they were established.

This latter branch of Jews from the house of Zedekiah, came to our land, even North America, somewhere in Yucatan or so, but they forsook to bring any records of their culture, much less scriptures. And latter on, they lost most traces of their language and their religion. But the LORD, who is mighty to save, prevented them from totally degenerating and perishing in unbelief. And as a result, with the passing of time, they dwindling in unbelief. But only until they were found in a corrupted state of affairs; or when they were discovered several generations later by the other colony which I first mentioned who were from the tribe of Joseph and had landed in South America and met.

The colony of Josephites had records with them by which they preserved their language, culture and the dealing of God with his people from the beginning until the time of the prophet Jeremiah.

Well, the story of my ancient fathers states that after many days of journey into the nearby wilderness of Jerusalem, the four sons of the branch of Josephites was sent back to Jerusalem by their father as commanded by heir God, in order to procure first, the records of Laban or the Jews scriptures which were engraved upon plates of brass. These records of ancestry, scriptures, culture and language were safeguarded by Laban, a captain of fifty, then. And secondly after they were sent to procure the records, they were sent back again for the family of Ishmael, an Ephrata, so that their sons could have wives to inhabit and populate their promised land; which was to be somewhere in south America.

Initially, when the mighty man Laban refused to handle the records, he tried to kill my ancestors; he though that my fathers had come to steal the records from him. Then they came back a second with all their gold, and their precious possessions which they had abandoned or left.   And Laban upon sight coveted their riches; and stole it from them;  and then he tried to kill them once again, by sending his servant to pursue them. But the record states was not able to reach them. The third time they tried to procure the records, one of my fathers whose name was Nephi, and who was also a prophet or the son of a Prophet, came by night into the wall of the city guided by the spirit now knowing aforetime what he had to do. And as he approached the house of Laban, he saw a man who being drunk, had fallen on the ground. And Nephi,  discovered that the drunkard was Laban. And the spirit of God told my ancestor to kill Laban so he could procure the much needed records. And he did it by the influence and power of the spirit of God in order to save his people from perishing in unbelief and also to save the Jews that came a little afterwards, when Jerusalem was destroyed. If not, I would not be here telling you this story today.

And this is the true story about that incident as recorded in the Book of Mormon, which is but an abridgement of the record that my fathers made and left of their journeys and life. And they are whispering and speaking to us whether Jews or gentiles as a voice from the dust.

Here after is an electronic copy of the book of Mormon for your enjoyment which came up as truth springing from the earth by the will, gift and power of God and not of man. This was so in order to prepare the way before him. And it was brought forth to th Lamanites, to convince the Lamanites of their true ancestry, It was also unearthed to convince the Jews and the gentiles that Jesus is the Christ. To show them how great and marvelous things he had done for them from the beginning despite their fretting of him. And also in fulfillment of the scriptures that say:

Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.

(Old Testament | Psalms 85:10 - 13)

And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 29:4)

And I, Nephi, and my brethren took our journey in the wilderness, with our tents, to go up to the land of Jerusalem. And it came to pass that when we had gone up to the land of Jerusalem, I and my brethren did consult one with another. And we cast lots—who of us should go in unto the house of Laban.  And it came to pass that the lot fell upon Laman; and Laman went in unto the house of Laban, and he talked with him as he sat in his house. And he desired of Laban the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass, which contained the genealogy of my father.

And behold, it came to pass that Laban was angry, and thrust him out from his presence; and he would not that he should have the records.  Wherefore, he said unto him: Behold thou art a robber, and I will slay thee.

But Laman fled out of his presence, and told the things which Laban had done, unto us.  And we began to be exceedingly sorrowful, and my brethren were about to return unto my father in the wilderness. But behold I said unto them that: As the Lord liveth, and as we live, we will not go down unto our father in the wilderness until we have accomplished the thing which the Lord hath commanded us. Wherefore, let us be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord; therefore let us go down to the land of our father's inheritance, for behold he left gold and silver, and all manner of riches.  And all this he hath done because of the commandments of the Lord.

For he knew that Jerusalem must be destroyed, because of the wickedness of the people. For behold, they have rejected the words of the prophets.  Wherefore, if my father should dwell in the land after he hath been commanded to flee out of the land, behold, he would also perish.  Wherefore, it must needs be that he flee out of the land. And behold, it is wisdom in God that we should obtain these records, that we may preserve unto our children the language of our fathers. And also that we may preserve unto them the words which have been spoken by the mouth of all the holy prophets, which have been delivered unto them by the Spirit and power of God, since the world began, even down unto this present time.

And it came to pass that after this manner of language did I persuade my brethren, that they might be faithful in keeping the commandments of God. And it came to pass that we went down to the land of our inheritance, and we did gather together our gold, and our silver, and our precious things. And after we had gathered these things together, we went up again unto the house of Laban.

And it came to pass that we went in unto Laban, and desired him that he would give unto us the records which were engraven upon the plates of brass, for which we would give unto him our gold, and our silver, and all our precious things. And it came to pass that when Laban saw our property, and that it was exceedingly great, he did lust after it, insomuch that he thrust us out, and sent his servants to slay us, that he might obtain our property. And it came to pass that we did flee before the servants of Laban, and we were obliged to leave behind our property, and it fell into the hands of Laban.

And it came to pass that we fled into the wilderness, and the servants of Laban did not overtake us, and we hid ourselves in the cavity of a rock. And it came to pass that Laman was angry with me, and also with my father; and also was Lemuel, for he hearkened unto the words of Laman.  Wherefore Laman and Lemuel did speak many hard words unto us, their younger brothers, and they did smite us even with a rod. And it came to pass as they smote us with a rod, behold, an angel of the Lord came and stood before them, and he spake unto them, saying: Why do ye smite your younger brother with a rod?  Know ye not that the Lord hath chosen him to be a ruler over you, and this because of your iniquities?  Behold ye shall go up to Jerusalem again, and the Lord will deliver Laban into your hands. And after the angel had spoken unto us, he departed.

And after the angel had departed, Laman and Lemuel again began to murmur, saying: How is it possible that the Lord will deliver Laban into our hands?  Behold, he is a mighty man, and he can command fifty, yea, even he can slay fifty; then why not us?

(Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 3:9 - 31)

Nephi slays Laban at the Lord's command and then secures the plates of brass by stratagem—Zoram chooses to join Lehi's family in the wilderness. About 600–592 B.C.

AND it came to pass that I spake unto my brethren, saying: Let us go up again unto Jerusalem, and let us be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord; for behold he is mightier than all the earth, then why not mightier than Laban and his fifty, yea, or even than his tens of thousands? Therefore let us go up; let us be strong like unto Moses; for he truly spake unto the waters of the Red Sea and they divided hither and thither, and our fathers came through, out of captivity, on dry ground, and the armies of Pharaoh did follow and were drowned in the waters of the Red Sea. Now behold ye know that this is true; and ye also know that an angel hath spoken unto you; wherefore can ye doubt?  Let us go up; the Lord is able to deliver us, even as our fathers, and to destroy Laban, even as the Egyptians.

Now when I had spoken these words, they were yet wroth, and did still continue to murmur; nevertheless they did follow me up until we came without the walls of Jerusalem. And it was by night; and I caused that they should hide themselves without the walls.  And after they had hid themselves, I, Nephi, crept into the city and went forth towards the house of Laban. And I was led by the Spirit, not knowing beforehand the things which I should do.

Nevertheless I went forth, and as I came near unto the house of Laban I beheld a man, and he had fallen to the earth before me, for he was drunken with wine. And when I came to him I found that it was Laban. And I beheld his sword, and I drew it forth from the sheath thereof; and the hilt thereof was of pure gold, and the workmanship thereof was exceedingly fine, and I saw that the blade thereof was of the most precious steel.

And it came to pass that I was constrained by the Spirit that I should kill Laban; but I said in my heart: Never at any time have I shed the blood of man. And I shrunk and would that I might not slay him.  And the Spirit said unto me again: Behold the Lord hath delivered him into thy hands. Yea, and I also knew that he had sought to take away mine own life; yea, and he would not hearken unto the commandments of the Lord; and he also had taken away our property.

And it came to pass that the Spirit said unto me again: Slay him, for the Lord hath delivered him into thy hands; Behold the Lord slayeth the wicked to bring forth his righteous purposes.  It is better that one man should perish than that a nation should dwindle and perish in unbelief.

And now, when I, Nephi, had heard these words, I remembered the words of the Lord which he spake unto me in the wilderness, saying that: Inasmuch as thy seed shall keep my commandments, they shall prosper in the land of promise. Yea, and I also thought that they could not keep the commandments of the Lord according to the law of Moses, save they should have the law. And I also knew that the law was engraven upon the plates of brass.

And again, I knew that the Lord had delivered Laban into my hands for this cause—that I might obtain the records according to his commandments. Therefore I did obey the voice of the Spirit, and took Laban by the hair of the head, and I smote off his head with his own sword. And after I had smitten off his head with his own sword, I took the garments of Laban and put them upon mine own body; yea, even every whit; and I did gird on his armor about my loins.

And after I had done this, I went forth unto the treasury of Laban.  And as I went forth towards the treasury of Laban, behold, I saw the servant of Laban who had the keys of the treasury.  And I commanded him in the voice of Laban, that he should go with me into the treasury. And he supposed me to be his master, Laban, for he beheld the garments and also the sword girded about my loins.
And he spake unto me concerning the elders of the Jews, he knowing that his master, Laban, had been out by night among them. And I spake unto him as if it had been Laban. And I also spake unto him that I should carry the engravings, which were upon the plates of brass, to my elder brethren, who were without the walls. And I also bade him that he should follow me. And he, supposing that I spake of the brethren of the church, and that I was truly that Laban whom I had slain, wherefore he did follow me.

And he spake unto me many times concerning the elders of the Jews, as I went forth unto my brethren, who were without the walls. And it came to pass that when Laman saw me he was exceedingly frightened, and also Lemuel and Sam.  And they fled from before my presence; for they supposed it was Laban, and that he had slain me and had sought to take away their lives also.

And it came to pass that I called after them, and they did hear me; wherefore they did cease to flee from my presence. And it came to pass that when the servant of Laban beheld my brethren he began to tremble, and was about to flee from before me and return to the city of Jerusalem. And now I, Nephi, being a man large in stature, and also having received much strength of the Lord, therefore I did seize upon the servant of Laban, and held him, that he should not flee.

And it came to pass that I spake with him, that if he would hearken unto my words, as the Lord liveth, and as I live, even so that if he would hearken unto our words, we would spare his life. And I spake unto him, even with an oath, that he need not fear; that he should be a free man like unto us if he would go down in the wilderness with us. And I also spake unto him, saying: Surely the Lord hath commanded us to do this thing; and shall we not be diligent in keeping the commandments of the Lord?  Therefore, if thou wilt go down into the wilderness to my father thou shalt have place with us.

And it came to pass that Zoram did take courage at the words which I spake.  Now Zoram was the name of the servant; and he promised that he would go down into the wilderness unto our father.  Yea, and he also made an oath unto us that he would tarry with us from that time forth. Now we were desirous that he should tarry with us for this cause, that the Jews might not know concerning our flight into the wilderness, lest they should pursue us and destroy us. And it came to pass that when Zoram had made an oath unto us, our fears did cease concerning him. And it came to pass that we took the plates of brass and the servant of Laban, and departed into the wilderness, and journeyed unto the tent of our father.

(Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 4:Heading - 38)

Nonetheless, Mr. Addle, as you see, there is a fourth and even a fifth option to save our people. And the fourth it is to call upon and seek our brethren, the house of Joseph en every country in Latin America and even North America. And if all lese fails, the fifth option or way to save our people is to pray and supplicate for mercy and intervention from the true and living God as in the days of Joshua or Gideon.

Now, the whole continent of America is filled up with the seed of Joseph and they know it not. There is also a mixture of the seed of Zedekiah among them too. We can go to them for help.  The first things we need to do is to inspect with real intent the book of Mormon in order to discover their ancestry and to establish them. And to give them back their true identity, for we are all brethren.

The Jews could then have more allies than they need until the kingdom comes if they will but help to seek and establish our brethren here in the continent of America.  But only if they would but believe in Jesus Christ, come unto him and help our people come out of darkness and uplift their true identity as Israelites as I have done.

It is already taking place in a spiritual way but not in a political one. If we take charge, and we should, we can help them out. And in return they will help us out in times of distress. For the second option you mentioned in your article, there may be a great many Casualties of Jews. But know o this of a surety that whether you believe or not in him or in the record of the book of Mormon, The LORD in his due time the LORD will intervene  for he is mighty to save, but only the most righteous of our people will make it as always.

Perhaps, instead of attacking our enemies preventively or the third, option, to take the second option you mentioned may be the noblest course of action. IF we wait on the LORD he will deliver us. This is the only sensible option you have left with us thus far. This is to take a bullet for the sake of the world if it comes to that. Yea, it would be the most sensible or noblest option to ensure for good and in mercy, the everlasting existence and the welfare of our people.  For of this it is written:

“WOE unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless! And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far?  To whom will ye flee for help?  And where will ye leave your glory? Without me they shall bow down under the prisoners, and they shall fall under the slain.  For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation. I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.

Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.”

(Old Testament | Isaiah 10:1 - 7)

There are many prophecies for our good for the Lord has remembered his people and no weapon against us shall prevail.  All we need to do is to seek his face as he said to Solomon saying:

If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my statues and my judgments; Then will I stablish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel.

But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations. And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house? And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.

(Old Testament | 2 Chronicles 7:13 - 22)

As you see, the LORD is expecting us to seek after him and to pray for our deliverance from the grasp of all nations. I do not want any more harm to come to the people of Israel by their own making. All these things I say as with stammering lips to prevent it. And not of myself but as the LORD has spoken, he will also fulfill. And I leave them with you for your immediate consideration, for the eternal welfare of our people, in the Holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Attentively

This is un unworthy servant in the hands of Christ

  1. For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
